What is Active Yoga?
This is yoga for modern active people with a clear algorithm of progression and load levels, effective biomechanical adjustment of asanas and active power load on the whole body. Each sequence proceeds through vinyasa and ends with a power asana. In this style, only trauma-safe asanas are selected. Mindfulness in the body, breathing and meditative techniques are also an important part of this practice. All together awakens the brain and body and has a positive effect on the quality of functioning.
Who is it suitable for?
For those who want to train and become an Activeyoga instructor, I have created a course where all the knowledge is collected, there is a practical explanation of each asana, the principles of creating a sequence and the biomechanical features of our body’s functioning. In this course, you will gain knowledge of biomechanics and anatomy, digestion and nutrition, muscle chemistry, learn to safely perform complex asanas, control breathing, gain basic knowledge of Ayurveda, history and philosophy of yoga, pranayama, and learn how to form a sequence.
This course is for those who want to teach modern yoga, change the minds and bodies of others, continuing the legacy of Krishnamacharya.
